Analytics

Per bedrijfsonderdeel bouw ik één centraal datamodel als single source of truth. Dat betekent: één definitie van omzet, één definitie van marge, overal consistent. Geen losse rapporten met elk hun eigen berekening, maar een fundament waaruit tientallen dashboards vertrekken zonder dat cijfers van elkaar afwijken.

For each business unit I build one central data model as a single source of truth. One definition of revenue, one definition of margin, consistent everywhere. No scattered reports with conflicting calculations, but a foundation from which dozens of dashboards derive without numbers ever diverging.

Ik breng die processen in kaart en automatiseer ze, zodat jouw team zich kan bezighouden met analyse in plaats van data verzamelen. AI zet ik in als co-pilot bij coderen, modelleren en rapportage.

Sommige organisaties beginnen bij nul: geen platform, geen rapportages, geen data-organisatie. Dat traject trek ik van begin tot eind: ik schrijf de datastrategie, begeleid de platformkeuze, ontwerp de architectuur en bouw het platform. Vaak kan dat alleen; is het traject groter dan één persoon, dan word ik hoofdaannemer en breng ik vaste specialisten mee die onder mijn regie bouwen. Eén aanspreekpunt, van plan tot go-live.

I take on that entire journey: I write the data strategy, guide the platform choice, design the architecture and build the platform. Often I do that alone; when the journey is bigger than one person, I become the main contractor and bring in trusted specialists who build under my direction.
